This is an all-original car in mint condition with only 30K original miles on it. These pace cars were replicas of the original Indy 500 track cars offered by Chevrolet. It was the first year for a convertible Corvette to be a street-legal Indy pace car since 1978 and had a limited production run of only 732 produced in the color of Yellow. This is the most desirable color combo for this car today, in rarity and collectability. It also has its National Corvette Museum documentation, which includes its original GM build sheet. The car is powered by its original tuned port injected 350ci L98 V8 engine and factory 4-speed w/overdrive manual transmission. It is finished in its original rare color of Yellow that is all-original paint with a mint black convertible top. The finish looks amazing and is near flawless. All of the glass and rubber on the car is in excellent, as new condition. The original black soft top looks excellent also with no tears or fading. It is sitting on its mint original wheels with zero curb rash and newer BFGoodrich tires. This car is truly cleaner than others I have seen with single digit miles.Interior: *Condition #4.5The graphite leather interior on this Corvette is absolutely stunning and looks like the day it came off the Chevrolet lot with no rips, tears or fading in it anywhere. The seats are nice and soft and supple and the digital dash is in excellent working order along with all the gauges. All the power options work great and the air conditioning blows ice cold. There is even a set of Corvette floor mats included that look great. The inside is overall in very nice condition and one of the nicest you will ever find.Mechanically: *Condition #5Mechanically this Corvette is up to date on service and runs and drives excellent. The car runs and drives excellent and is truly a blast. It has its original 350ci TPI L98 V8 engine with smooth shifting 4-speed manual transmission w/overdrive.
