Recalls are a well-established global practice; from time to time they are announced by almost all manufacturers of not only cars, but also any other industrial products. But since a car is considered a source of increased danger, it is recalls in the automotive industry that attract the most attention and cause the greatest resonance. Check if your car is covered by a recall campaign. Sometimes manufacturers will recall their cars because of substandard parts or workmanship and repair them for free, regardless of the warranty. This is called a recall campaign. More information on 2014 Subaru IMPREZA WRX recalls can be found in this database. It may be useful to use online problems resource that shows automotive defect patterns, based on complaint data submitted by vehicle owners. The problems are organized into groups with data published by vehicle, component, and specific issue. See also an updated list of 2014 Subaru IMPREZA WRX problems before buying a used car. In most cases, the recall is initiated by the manufacturer. But it also happens that it is forced to do so. The largest and most scandalous recall campaigns were those that were initiated by complaints and lawsuits from consumers through controlling state structures.

Additional Description: ***FREE*** 2 YEAR MAINTENANCE PLAN INCLUDED!!! The Impreza is fun to toss into corners, especially the WRX and STI variants. Also available as a sedan or hatchback, the WRX and STI offer even more thrills.AWD fun starting under $20,000 Subarus have never been lookers. In fact, when the Japanese automaker first came to the U.S. with the 360 hatchback, it willingly advertised the car as cheap and ugly. Subarus often drive well though, and that's true for the compact 2014 Subaru Impreza. Power is put down to all four wheels with Subaru's Symmetrical all-wheel-drive system through either a standard five-speed manual transmission or an optional CVT. The WRX steps it up with a 2.5-liter Boxer four that puts out 265 hp and 244 lb-ft of torque, paired to a five-speed manual. The STI kicks it up a notch by squeezing out 305 hp and 290 lb-ft of torque from the same engine. The STI also gets one more cog for a standard six-speed manual transmission. Both also get visual enhancements as well; WRX trim gets summer tires, sport-tuned suspension, sport front seats, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob among other things. The WRX STI further adds sportier 18-inch BBS wheels, Brembo brakes, tuned suspension, hood scoop, sunroof, and leather and suede seats. The WRX and STI trims are the ones to get if you're considering an Impreza, though we'd suggest waiting it out as a new and more efficient WRX is slated for the 2015 model year.Bumper Detail - Front Underguard, Bumper Detail - Rear Underguard, Exhaust - Quad Tip, Door Handle Color - Body-Color, Front Bumper Color - Body-Color, Front Spoiler - Body Color, Grille Color - Black, Hood Scoop, Mirror Color - Body-Color, Rear Bumper Color - Body-Color, Window Trim - Black, Steering Ratio - 15, Turns Lock-To-Lock - 2.8, Air Filtration, Floor Mat Material - Carpet, Floor Mats - Rear, Foot Pedal Trim - Aluminum, Front Air Conditioning - Automatic Climate Control, Front Air Conditioning Zones - Single, Interior Accents - Metallic-Tone, Rear Vents - Second Row, Shift Knob Trim - Leather, Steering Wheel Trim - Leather, Ambient Lighting, Assist Handle - Front, Cargo Area Light, Center Console - Front Console With Armrest And Storage, Center Console - Illuminated, Courtesy Lights - Console, Courtesy Lights - Door, Cruise Control, Cupholders - Front, Cupholders - Rear, Footwell Lights, Multi-Function Remote - Keyless Entry, Multi-Function Remote - Trunk Release, One-Touch Windows - 1, Power Outlet(S) - Center Console, Power Outlet(S) - In Dash, Power Steering - Variable/Speed-Proportional, Power Windows - Lockout Button, Reading Lights - Front, Rearview Mirror - Manual Day/Night, Steering Wheel - Tilt And Telescopic, Steering Wheel Mounted Controls - Audio, Steering Wheel Mounted Controls - Cruise Control, Steering Wheel Mounted Controls - Phone, Storage - Door Pockets, Storage - Front Seatback, Vanity Mirrors - Dual, Front Brake Type - Ventilated Disc, Front Shock Type - Gas, Front Spring Type - Coil, Front Struts - Macpherson, Hill Holder Control, Rear Brake Type - Disc, Rear Shock Type - Gas, Rear Spring Type - Coil, Rear Struts, Rear Suspension Type - Upper And Lower Control Arms, Tuned Suspension - Sport, 4wd Type - Full Time, Abs - 4-Wheel, Axle Ratio - 3.90, Braking Assist, Center Differential - Viscous, Front Brake Diameter - 11.6, Front Suspension Classification - Independent, Limited Slip Differential - Center, Locking Differential - Center, Power Brakes, Rear Brake Diameter - 11.3, Rear Stabilizer Bar - Diameter 16 Mm, Rear Suspension Classification - Independent, Stability Control, Traction Control, Alternator - 110 Amps, Battery Saver, Spark Plugs - Iridium Tipped, Spark Plugs - Platinum Tipped, Gauge - Tachometer, In-Dash Cd - Mp3 Playback, Total Speakers - 6, Warnings And Reminders - Tire Fill Alert, Wireless Data Link - Bluetooth, Antenna Type - Mast, Auxiliary Audio Input - Bluetooth, Auxiliary Audio Input - Jack, Auxiliary Audio Input - Usb, Clock, Digital Odometer, Electroluminescent Instrumentation, Fuel Economy Display - Range, In-Dash Cd - Single Disc, Multi-Function Display, Phone - Hands Free, Radio - Am/Fm, Speed Sensitive Volume Control, Trip Computer, Trip Odometer - 2, Daytime Running Lights, Headlights - Halogen, Spare Tire Mount Location - Inside, Spare Tire Size - Temporary, Spare Wheel Type - Steel, Tire Type - Summer Performance, Wheels - Alloy, Tire Pressure Monitoring System, Power Windows - Safety Reverse, Tinted Glass, Window Defogger - Rear, Front Wipers - Variable Intermittent, 2-Stage Unlocking Doors, Active Head Restraints - Dual Front, Airbag Deactivation - Occupant Sensing Passenger, Anti-Theft System - Alarm With Remote, Body Side Reinforcements - Side Impact Door Beams, Child Safety Door Locks, Crumple Zones - Front, Crumple Zones - Rear, Emergency Interior Trunk Release, Energy Absorbing Steering Column, Front Airbags - Dual, Impact Absorbing Bumpers, Power Door Locks, Safety Brake Pedal System, Side Airbags - Front, Side Curtain Airbags - Front, Side Mirror Adjustments - Manual Folding, Driver Seat Manual Adjustments - 6, Driver Seat Manual Adjustments - Height, Emergency Locking Retractors - Front, Emergency Locking Retractors - Rear, Front Headrests - 2, Front Headrests - Integrated, Front Seat Type - Sport Bucket, Front Seatbelts - 3-Point, Passenger Seat Manual Adjustments - 4, Rear Headrests - 3, Rear Seat Folding - Split, Rear Seat Type - 60-40 Split Bench, Rear S
