Recalls are a well-established global practice; from time to time they are announced by almost all manufacturers of not only cars, but also any other industrial products. But since a car is considered a source of increased danger, it is recalls in the automotive industry that attract the most attention and cause the greatest resonance. Check if your car is covered by a recall campaign. Sometimes manufacturers will recall their cars because of substandard parts or workmanship and repair them for free, regardless of the warranty. This is called a recall campaign. More information on 1990 Mercedes-Benz 560-CLASS recalls can be found in this database. Additional Description: The 560 SEC sits atop the 126 platform and is hailed by many classic car collectors to be the finest Mercedes-Benz ever made. This automobile sold new for more than $84,000.00. The 1990 Mercedes Benz 560 SEC offered here was purchased new at Phoenix Motors. This is a two owner Auto with almost all of its life under the care of the first owner who was a prominent Phoenix business man. This lean 2 door coupe housed the largest engine that Mercedes had to offer at the time. The 5.6 liter V8, gave it the ability to accelerate from 0 to 100 kph in just 7.5 seconds. A double wishbone suspension and 4 wheel disc brakes gave these wonderful classic cars excellent stability, giving the driver confidence as these cars were built to sustain high rates of speed for long periods of time. The interior's 4-place seating is quite comfortable and trimmed with the finest leathers and authentic wood finishes that Germany had to offer. This classic automobile is finished in its factory colors of Signal Red over a Palomino leather interior. When purchased from original owner the SEC Coupe had 53,125 original miles on it. It now has 66,700 original miles. This 560 SEC has been garage kept, and extremely well cared for its entire life. Over the past year, I have invested a fair sum in reestablishing this automobile to its original condition. The body and interior are in perfect condition. All of the glass is original and all systems operate well. The car is an absolute pleasure to drive! Contact: Jon @ 480-703-2337
