We spend endless hours searching the net nationwide to track down forgotten discarded and left for dead classics and bring them to open market to find them a new home and hopefully a second chance to be out on the road again. Many of these cars have been sitting for years ,some don't need much, others may need full tune ups, but all need a new home. We are not a restoration shop, body shop or mechanic shop we simply do the hard part of tracking down this Classic beauties and save them from the Crusher . Today we bring you a 2-OWNER - Unrestored 1990 VOLVO 240 . Found and rescued from storage lot after , it has just over 135k on the clock , and its in unrestored original condition at the moment . The INTERIOR its in good condition overall , definitely not perfect but I would say better than average , dash has some minor cracks but still looks good(see photos) , carpet, seats and panels are in very good shape aside from some hair line crack on the front door panels side pockets (see pics), headliner like new , the Trunk its very clean and rust free, with Factory Spare tire . The EXTERIOR , its % rust free except for inch size surface rust spot on right front inner door rocker panel (see photos), looks to be the original paint which all of us that like finding cars like this love but in this case it will need a paint job for sure since it is loosing its clean throughout the car (see photos) , however all door jams are in excellent shape which will make the job a whole lot more simple, the are some minor dings (see pics) and scratches but over all its clean solid body, missing part of exterior lower door molding ( replacement molding was in the trunk) , the UNDERCARRIAGE its in excellent shape, looks like it was never seen any salt. MECHANICALLY runs and drives good, A/c its not blowing cold , brakes feel good, tires look good but again the car has been sitting for while ,we always advice a personal inspection before driving any classic car, it may need further serviced, to be expected for a classic car that has not been used in years.
